{ Travel: Jaipur }

For those who don't know me I'm a big fan of Indian films.
I had the chance to meet four famous indian actors
Abhishek Bachan and Rani Mukherjee in the filming laaga chunari mein daag in switzerland.

Aishwarya Rai in Umrao Jaan

India is one of those countries that gets under the skin
and always leaves strong memories for anyone lucky enough to spend time there.

But it's not Bombay the commercial and entertainment capital of India who I like,
Jaipur it's my favorite city, the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan.

I am blown away by the spectacular scenery of this city, food and hospitality.
On the ‘must-do’ list for many is Rajasthan,
where you can arrive in style on an elephant,
marvel at the palaces of Jaipur, spot tigers and leopards in the national parks
or escape to sands of the stunning Thar Desert.

A must see, a truly magnificent Maharaja’s palace, located in the heart of Jaipur.
Tucked behind fortified walls, The Raj Palace is Jaipur’s former royal residence and a multi-award-winning hotel

I think India is rich in its heritage and has so much to offer to the  world in terms of fabrics, styles, colours .
Best films: Kahbi Alvida Naa Kehna,   Devdas,   Bunty Aur Bably( I feel see my husband and I, lol)
Top songs: Mughal Azam,   Re Dola Re Dola,   Jodha Akbar
Top actresses: Madhuri Dixit, Rani Mukherji,  Aishwarya Rai
